Over at my digital marketing business, OneCo Creative, I’m trying to find out more about the challenges people face in developing and maintaining a website, and I’d love your help.
I’m planning to do a little restructuring in 2017, eliminating services offered which aren’t currently meeting the needs of my customers, and replacing them with ones that do.
To do that effectively, I’m hoping to carry out a little market research by speaking to two separate groups of people:
- Those who currently own/run a website
- Those who have thought about starting a website but then decided not to.
I’d love to talk to both groups about the challenges they face in maintaining an online presence (or, in the case of the second group, about starting to develop one in the first place) and how they currently use the web to achieve their goals.
I’ve created two surveys, both of which take less than five minutes to complete. If you fall into either of the two categories mentioned above, I’d be incredibly appreciative if you could spare a few minutes to complete one of the surveys for me.
- This is the link to the survey for those who already own/run a website

What’s in it for you?
By sparing me a few minutes of your time to complete my survey, you’ll be doing me a huge favour, and can go away feeling happy with yourself for doing a good deed and helping somebody out.
OK, how about a £50 voucher for Amazon?
We’re currently running a prize draw, in which everybody who fills in a survey between now and January 21st will be automatically entered. The prize is one £50 gift card, and winners will be announced in early February.

What’s in it for me?
My aim is to use the feedback from these surveys to influence the way I work with my customers. I’m also hoping that the feedback will help me to decide which of several new ideas for services I should pursue in the new year.
Thanks in advance for taking the time to complete the survey. If you don’t own a website and have never wanted to, but know somebody does, I’d be massively grateful if you could pass on the links above.
